1. What is the trade-up to Red Wing Heritage campaign about?
The trade-up to Red Wing Heritage campaign is designed for customers who are ready for their next step, regardless of what footwear they wear today.
By trading in existing footwear, customers receive exclusive savings when making the move to Red Wing Heritage. This campaign invites wearers to experience footwear crafted with purpose, durability, and long-term value. Instead of discarding worn footwear, customers can give it a new purpose while stepping into Red Wing Heritage, footwear designed to be worn, trusted, and built for the journey ahead.

2. Can I trade in sneakers or other types of footwear besides boots?
No. sneakers or types of footwears are not eligible in this campaign.
3. Can I use the trade-up credits to purchase other products such as new launch, limited edition, care, accessories or socks?
The trade-up campaign applies to selected regular-priced Red Wing Heritage men's & women's footwear. It does not apply to new launches, limited editions, upcycled products, promotional items, accessories, socks, care products, or other non-footwear items.
4. How does the trade-up process work?
Bring your used boots to Red Wing Heritage Store @ Jewel Changi Airport. Our team will inspect the boots and confirm eligibility on the spot. Once approved, the applicable credit will be applied immediately toward the purchase of a new pair of Red Wing Heritage men's or women's boots.
5. Do the traded-in boots need to be in good condition?
Trade-in boots must be in wearable condition. Cosmetic wear, scuffs, and leather tears may be accepted. Boots that are excessively damaged, unsafe to wear, different sizing or incomplete may be rejected at the discretion of store staff.
6. Can i trade up more than one pair of boots?
Yes. Multiple pairs may be traded in. However, each pair will be treated as a separate transaction, and only one trade-up discount applies per purchase.
7. Can the trade-up discount be combined with other promotions?
No. The trade-up credits cannot be combined with other promotions, vouchers, or discounts. It is not applicable to new launches, limited edition, care products, accessories, belts, upcycled items, or services. The discount applies only to the original retail price of Red Wing Heritage men's & women's boots.
8. Where can i participate in the trade-up campaign?
The campaign is available at the following locations only:

9. Do i need to provide proof of purchase for my traded boots?
No proof of purchase is required. Any eligible boots in wearable condition may be traded in, regardless of brand or purchase location.
10. How will the discount be applied?
The discount will be applied directly at checkout counter and deducted from the original retail price of the eligible Red Wing Heritage men's & women's footwear.
11. What happens to the boots i trade in?
Traded-in boots will not be returned to the customer and may be recycled, upcycled, repurposed, displayed, or donated depending on their condition and sustainability considerations.
12. Can I return or exchange boots purchased under the trade-up campaign?
Yes. Standard return and exchange policies apply at the original purchase location only. Please retain your receipt, and ensure items are in their original and unworn condition for returns or size exchanges.
13. How long is the trade-up campaign running?
The trade-up campaign runs from 29 December 2025 to 28 February 2026
