About the role
As a part-time retail associate, you will represent Red Wing Heritage by delivering thoughtful, professional and knowledgeable service to every customer.
You will help customers discover footwear that suits their needs, provide accurate sizing and fitting guidance, explain product features and leather characteristics, and recommend suitable accessories and care products.
You will also support the daily operation of the store, maintain strong product presentation and contribute towards individual and store sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their footwear needs and preferences.
- Assist customers with footwear sizing, fitting and product selection.
- Explain basic product features, leather characteristics and care requirements.
- Provide friendly, professional and attentive customer service.
- Support the achievement of daily store sales targets.
- Process purchases and POS transactions accurately.
- Replenish products and maintain organized displays.
- Maintain store cleanliness, signage and visual presentation.
- Assist with stock receiving, stock counts and inventory organization.
- Learn and maintain suitable product and operational knowledge.
- Follow company policies, workplace safety requirements and brand standards.
- Support the full-time store team with daily operational duties.
- Carry out additional duties when required.

- Curiosity and the willingness to keep learning about footwear, leather, fit and care.
- Retail, hospitality or customer-service experience is useful, but a strong service mindset matters most.
- Availability to support a retail schedule, including weekends and public holidays when required.
